Summary: The staff was nice and courteous. The room was run down. Furniture was in poor condition, they could find nicer stuff at a garage sale or flea market. Need serious upgrade and refresh. I wasted my credits with hotels.com upgrading to a suite.

Summary: the hotel says it is smoke free yet only smells of recreational use and cigarette smoke. it looks nothing like the pictures AT ALL. the fold out mattress was so dirty it looked like a freshly used doggy pad. we found previous customers clothes and other items still in the room.

Summary: I utilized previous reviews to make the choice, but either the review were either paid testmony or from quite a while aho. The property interior reeks of drugs..and is quite rundown. Writing on the door jams in sharpie pen, which was really inappropriate for my granddaughters. Furniture is dilapidated, with broken tv(literally the frame is snapped) . Seems to be a property used by the humans service agency for assistance. Not a choice I would make again. 2 stars for price only

Summary: The WiFi didn’t work and they have no lids for their coffee cups at breakfast. May seem like a little thing but when you have to leave early and want to bring a cup with you, it is very annoying.

Summary: This hotel is a lot nicer than its price point (at least when I booked it on hotels.com) would suggest. If you are sorting Columbia hotels by price and this one pops up in the first handful, book it. Clean, quiet, everything in the room worked correctly, pool actually looked usable but it rained on the day I was going to use it.

Summary: Room was in dismay. Showed up before 3, turned away. Returned an hour later. Room has stains, door falling apart, no fridge. Front desk did have a fridge delivered. Ceiling has water damage. Bugs in shower. Had a pool, no water in it presently. Breakfast was subpar. Not a 3 star hotel. Potentially could be- but it is NOT NOW.
